But in any week where you have a net loss, a fixed percentage based on your tier is added to your account as cashback.
This calculation runs automatically each week and cashback is credited at a set time. The maximum rates per tier are — Bronze 0.5%, Silver 1.0%, Gold 1.5% — these are the upper limits for each tier; a proportional amount applies for lower net losses.
